Suppetó Collective

Suppeto Collective is the cafe and community hub of the Jerrabomberra Parkway shopping strip at 37 Jerrabomberra Parkway, serving everything from early coffee to woodfired pizza nights. It is a genuinely dog-friendly local spot, with an undercover courtyard and garden seating out the back where dogs are welcome to join you.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating, which gives you a choice of covered courtyard or garden tables in the sun. It is a roomier setup than most suburban cafe footpaths, so a settled leashed dog has space to lie down. Weekday mornings and early evenings are the sociable times; bring a water bowl as a backup and expect plenty of dog-company on weekends.

Worth knowing

The kitchen runs the full day: breakfast and brunch staples such as eggs benedict and bacon and egg rolls, steak sandwiches and schnitzels at lunch, thickshakes, small plates and desserts, plus a Wednesday pizza special into the evening. Vegetarian and vegan options are covered, and ordering at the table runs through a QR code, which keeps things moving on busy days. Hours are long by cafe standards, opening at 6am Monday to Friday with dinner service to 8pm or later through the week, Saturdays from 7am and Sundays 8am to 2pm, so check the board for the shorter days.

Getting there and parking

Jerrabomberra sits just over the Queanbeyan border, a few minutes off the Monaro Highway. The cafe is in the village centre with free on-site parking and step-free access, and the surrounding streets are flat and easy for a warm-down walk.

Close by with the dogs

For an off-lead run either side of your meal, Kinlyside Avenue Fenced Dog Park is the in-suburb fenced option, while The Scar at Karabar and Speargrass Community Park are short drives for bigger circuits.
