EightyTwenty Belconnen

EightyTwenty is a modern brunch cafe in the Belconnen town centre with dogs welcome at the street side outdoor tables on Lathlain Street. It leans healthy and coffee forward, and the footpath seating makes it an easy pause on a walk through the town centre.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables out the front, and inside is assistance dogs only, so plan to sit outside. Staff are generally accommodating, but bring your own water bowl as a backup rather than assuming one will be on the table.

The kitchen is known for wholesome brunch plates, nourishing bowls and scrambles, backed by barista coffee, smoothies and cakes. Dairy free and gluten free options run through the menu, and it is a coeliac safe kitchen, which is a genuine draw if your crew has allergies. Doors open 7am to 3pm every day of the week.

Getting there

Street parking runs along Lathlain Street, with more on Cameron Avenue and around the Belconnen commercial area. It is a short walk from the main Belconnen retail centre and the bus interchange. A weekday morning is the calm slot for a footpath table, and it pays to confirm the current dog arrangement with staff on arrival, as outdoor setups can change.

The Lake Ginninderra foreshore is close for a proper on lead lap, and the Lake Ginninderra Dog Park gives an off lead run on the water's edge.
