The beach rules nearby

Cottesloe's dog beaches are zoned at the ends: the southern stretch near the Beach Street groyne bordering Mosman Park, and Grant Street Beach at the north end, which has rocky reef patches worth watching with a swimming dog. From October to March dogs are off those stretches between 10am and 4pm, so time your swim for early morning and then walk in for coffee.

Street parking runs along Forrest Street and Napier Street.
