Cafe 65 is a casual local cafe on Burnett Street in the heart of Buderim village, and one of the more reliably dog-welcoming spots in town. The draw for owners is the covered breezeway out front, where dogs are an everyday sight rather than a special exception.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the covered outdoor and footpath seating, which is the main spot to sit with your dog. Staff are known to put out water bowls and hand out dog biscuits. Indoor seating follows the usual food-service rules, so plan to be outside.

Good to know. The cafe is known for its affordable big breakfast and friendly service, with the usual smashed avo, halloumi and salad options. It is open roughly 6am to 2.30pm daily, busiest on weekend mornings.

Getting there. Free street parking runs along Burnett Street, with a free public car park nearby, though the village fills up on weekend mornings. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

Nearby with the dogs. Buderim Village Park is a short walk for a post-coffee stroll, and Lions Park near the roundabout has grass, BBQs and toilets. The fenced dog park at the bottom of the hill is a short drive if your dog needs a proper run.
