INC Cafe

INC Cafe is an inclusive social-enterprise cafe run by Minda on Jack Fox Drive, Brighton, set back from the beach within the Minda complex. It is a popular stop after a coastal walk, with easy onsite parking that the Jetty Road cafes cannot match.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating area, which is spacious and easy to settle into. Indoors is kept for food-safety reasons, so plan for an outside table. Staff are welcoming to dogs; bring a water bowl on warm days.

Known for. A Minda social enterprise providing employment for people of all abilities, serving good-value coffee, cakes and light meals in a fully accessible venue. Note the hours: open weekdays only, closed weekends.

Getting there. On Jack Fox Drive within the Minda complex. Free onsite parking is the big plus here, with street parking nearby as well, so it is an easy drive-and-park compared with the busy Jetty Road strip.

Nearby with the dogs. The coastal walking path runs close by, and the beach is a short walk or drive. Brighton Beach has on-leash time restrictions over summer, so check the signage before letting your dog off lead.
