The Foundry Cafe is a community cafe on the Catalyst Hub campus on Pine Mountain Road, open weekday mornings only. It is a relaxed, spacious spot with a genuinely dog-friendly outdoor area, making it an easy stop if you are running errands around Brassall.

Dog access and setup. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor, sunlit seating area, which has plenty of room to spread out. Staff are used to dogs visiting and water bowls are available; treats turn up occasionally but should not be relied on. Keep dogs leashed and settled, since the cafe shares the campus with an outdoor kids' playground.

Known for. Locally roasted Dancing Bean coffee, good-value food, and a calm, community feel. A small on-site plant nursery adds a reason to linger after your coffee.

Getting there and parking. The cafe is at 142 Pine Mountain Road, Brassall, with ample parking across the campus grounds, so a larger vehicle is not a problem.

Note that it closes at 1pm and is shut on weekends, so this is a weekday-morning visit rather than a weekend plan.
