The Crows Nest(Bathurst)

The Crows Nest is a cafe tucked inside Dejorja & Co., a floral and homewares boutique at 37 Keppel Street, central Bathurst. The point of difference for dog owners is a designated pet-friendly courtyard, so you and the dog get a settled spot rather than a kerbside perch.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome in the courtyard, a shaded, contained area to sit with a coffee. Water bowls are often around at the dog-friendly spots on Keppel Street, but ask staff for fresh water and bring your own bowl to be safe.

Good to know. Locally roasted coffee and a lighter quick-bites menu, open seven days. The boutique setting makes it a calm stop.

Getting there. On-street parking runs along Keppel Street and can fill, with side streets as backup. It is central and walkable from most of the CBD.

Machattie Park is a few blocks away for a leashed walk to round out the visit.
