115 Groundhouse is a neighbourhood cafe at 80 Lyon Road in Atwell, by the Harvest Lakes shopping centre, serving modern brunch from 6:30am to 3pm weekdays and Saturdays and 7:30am to 2:30pm Sunday. The outdoor alfresco seating is where the dogs go: on lead, settled beside the table, with staff typically bringing a water bowl out on request. Inside stays for humans, so this is an alfresco-only visit for dog owners, whatever the weather decides.

Keep your dog on a short lead near the walkway, since the frontage is a working cafe strip rather than a big open courtyard. The Egg Benny and Italian baked eggs get regular mentions, the pastry cabinet is well stocked, and there are gluten-free options across the menu. The feel is a friendly local room rather than a big-venue operation, and parking around the centre is generally straightforward outside peak brunch, with the shopping-centre lot next door absorbing overflow when the street is full.
