Armadale Park Café

Armadale Park Cafe on Jull Street is a busy all-day breakfast and brunch spot in the heart of Armadale, and dogs are welcome in the outdoor and footpath seating out front.

The dog setup

Dogs are allowed at the outdoor tables and footpath dining area, on lead and under control at your feet, and there is no fee for bringing one. Staff will bring out a water bowl on request; ask for it straight up, as they keep bowls on hand for the outdoor tables. Indoor seating is for humans only.

Worth knowing

Large portions are the house signature, across big breakfasts, burgers and the chicken parmy, with gluten-free bread available and a solid carrot cake for morning tea. Hours run 7am to 3pm daily. It gets busy on weekends and the outdoor tables fill fast, so go early on weekend mornings if you want a footpath spot without the wait.

Getting there and parking

The cafe sits on Jull Street in central Armadale, with free street parking and nearby parking lots in the precinct. The Armadale train line puts you within walking distance if you would rather come up by rail.

Close by with the dogs

Minnawarra Park is a short walk away on Orchard Avenue, with a lake, open lawns and shaded picnic spots, but it is an on-lead zone thanks to events and the wildlife around the water. For proper off-lead time, Harber Fenced Dog Park is the local fenced option, or John Dunn Memorial Park at Kelmscott. The City of Armadale also allows off-lead exercise under effective control in most general reserves.
