Cantine Verte

Cantine Verte is a small, industrial-style cafe on Ralph Street in Alexandria that keeps the menu fresh and healthy and keeps the terrace open to dogs. This is strictly a weekday operation: 6:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday, closed weekends. Breakfast runs until 11am, lunch from 11am, and a daily rotation of specials including a specialty baguette and a pasta dish is posted on socials each morning. The core menu covers gourmet baguettes, wraps, salads, seasonal soups and proper coffee, with an organic-leaning approach to the produce.

Getting there and parking

Find it at Shop 1, 34-36 Ralph Street, easily reached from Bourke Road or O'Riordan Street. Street parking on Ralph Street and the surrounding industrial blocks is competitive on weekdays. Mascot station is a 15 to 20 minute walk if you are coming in by train.
