Gilbert Social

Gilbert Social is a modern corner cafe at the southern end of the Adelaide CBD, a community local known for its own Social Coffee blend, toasties and an easygoing neighbourhood feel. It is a casual, laptop-tolerant cafe rather than a sit-down restaurant, which keeps visits quick and dog-friendly by default.

Getting there and parking

The cafe sits on the corner at 101 Gilbert Street. Metered street parking runs along Gilbert and the side streets, so check the signs. It is an easy walk from the South Parklands if you are already doing a lap with the dog.

Close by with the dogs

The South Parklands run directly north of the block, with the Himeji Garden nearby for a quiet on-lead stroll. For proper off-lead time, the Adelaide All Dog Park is a short drive into the parklands.
