Stella Bella Wines is an intimate, award-winning cellar door at Wilyabrup in the Margaret River region, and it has a genuine welcome for dogs in its outdoor areas. The setting is the draw: refined wines and beautiful vineyard surrounds, with the dog settled on the lawn beside you.

The dog setup. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the outdoor and courtyard areas of the cellar door. Dogs should stay out of the indoor tasting room and are asked not to wander into the vineyard, for their own safety. Dog water bowls are provided for visiting dogs.

Good to know. Stella Bella is known for multiple Decanter trophies for its Cabernet Sauvignon and for high-quality Margaret River Chardonnay. It offers walk-in stand-up tastings as well as seated and private sessions, usually redeemable against a bottle purchase. It is open daily 10am to 5pm, closed on a few public holidays.

Getting there and parking. The address is 205 Hudson Road, Wilyabrup. There is an on-site gravel car park beside the cellar door, with easy flat access to the outdoor seating.

Nearby with the dogs. Several nearby Wilyabrup wineries welcome dogs, the Wilyabrup Brook trails are close, and dog exercise areas at Cowaramup Bay (Gracetown) and Gnarabup are a short drive away.

Weekday afternoons are calmest for a tasting with a dog. Keep the lead short near the cellar-door entrance, where foot traffic and other visitors gather.
