Woodlinks Park Walking Paths

In the Woodlinks Village estate at Collingwood Park, a network of paved paths links a community park with the rehabilitated Goodna Creek corridor. For locals it is a tidy on-lead walk right on the doorstep.

Lead rules

Ipswich City Council rules apply here, so dogs stay on a lead on the paths and in the park. Off-lead running is only for designated fenced dog areas.

The walk

The paths are concrete and paved, smooth underfoot and well lit, running past open grass, native plantings and small playground pockets. The creek corridor stretch gives dogs the most to sniff.

Street parking is next to the park and at the main entries to the estate.

Water and shade

Shade sails, picnic shelters and trees cover the main community park and playground, and bins sit at the main park areas. Carry water for the longer path stretches.
