Graceville Riverside Parklands

Graceville Riverside Parklands follow the Brisbane River and Oxley Creek along Graceville Avenue and Nadine Street, with wide concrete paths under eucalypts, figs and old mango trees. Brisbane City Council requires dogs on lead along the paths and through the parklands, except in a marked off-leash zone.

The walk

The smooth shared paths are part of a connected network, so you can keep going toward the Pamphlet Bridge and Faulkner Park for a longer outing. Cyclists use them too, so keep the lead short.

Shade is generous under the established trees and hoop pines.

Water and parking

There are bubblers and taps within the wider precinct and bins at the main picnic areas. Parking bays and street parking sit near the park entrances.

For off-lead play, Faulkner Park Fenced Dog Park has separate large and small dog enclosures. Finish with coffee at Honour Espresso.

The deep shade and flat paths make it a strong summer choice, especially for older dogs.
