The place

Getting there and parking

Port Fairy sits at the western end of the Great Ocean Road, about three and a half hours from Melbourne via the Princes Highway. The cottage is on Gipps Street between the river and the town centre, with off-street parking on site and everything you need on foot once you arrive.

Close by with the dogs

East Beach is a short stroll over the footbridge, with dogs permitted under the seasonal rules signed along the sand.
