Leave the dog at the park for the famous Lake Clifton thrombolites: Yalgorup National Park is strictly no dogs, and the park runs 1080 fox baiting nearby, which is lethal to pets if eaten. For the dog's own exercise, the Melros Beach Walk at Dawesville is an easy coastal stretch on the way past.
