Inside, the house rules ask that dogs stay off the couches and that all dog waste is cleaned up and disposed of before departure. A dog can be left unattended inside the cottage, but only if it is well toilet-trained and will not fret or bark while you are out. There is no outdoor shelter provided for dogs, so on a wet Great Southern day your dog is indoors with you, on its own bedding.

Pepsi: a fenced garden plus resident chooks next door is a test run for a farmstay. If your dog ignores poultry and keeps its paws off the couch, this place is a green light.
