Kitchen Farm Pantry

Kitchen Farm Pantry is a paddock-to-plate cafe and restaurant at 162 Flaxley Road, Mount Barker, set in a restored barn within the Newenham development and surrounded by productive gardens. Getting there. Private on-site parking makes arrival easy, about five minutes by car from central Mount Barker.

Nearby with the dogs. The Newenham trails along the River Angas start right here, the Laratinga Wetlands are about ten minutes away, and the Mount Barker Summit is a short drive for a scenic hike.

When to go. Fine-weather mornings suit the garden setting best. Weekends are popular for brunch, so arrive early for a shaded courtyard table.
