The kitchen is known for wood-oven pizza, Canadian dishes such as poutine, and hearty breakfasts, with vegan options and gluten-free cakes alongside. Service runs from 7am daily, closing 4:30pm weekdays, 4pm Saturday and 3pm Sunday. The room is busy and the footpath seats fill, but turnover is quick.

Getting there and parking

Street parking sits directly on Gawler Street but fills in busy periods, and off-street town-centre parking is a short walk away. The cafe is central enough that most of Mount Barker is within a few minutes on foot.

Close by with the dogs

Mt Barker 'Barka Park' Fenced Dog Park is the suburb's enclosed off-lead option, and Keith Stephenson Park is about 500 metres away for an on-lead lap before breakfast.
