A seafood feed served on a permanently moored timber trawler at The Wharf Mooloolaba. The venue markets itself as fully dog-friendly, welcoming dogs aboard the deck to sit with you over fresh prawns, bugs and oysters.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome on the deck of the boat. Seating is all outdoor or undercover-outdoor, which suits dogs well. The one catch is access - you board across a gangplank, so your dog needs to be steady on it and comfortable with a little sway once aboard. Nearby with the dogs. The Wharf precinct and Parkyn Parade foreshore give you easy leashed walking either side of the meal, and Mooloolaba Beach is a short stroll on. Check council signage for off-leash zones and times.

Best for a relaxed lunch by the water with a confident, sociable dog. Not the pick for a dog that dislikes crowds or unsteady footing.
