A casual coastal brunch spot right on the Mooloolaba Esplanade, a few steps from the sand. Dogs come along for the outdoor tables, which makes it an easy pre- or post-beach coffee stop.

The dog setup. Dogs are welcome at the outdoor and footpath seating, including the Lemon Tree Lane section. Indoor tables are for people only, so plan to sit outside. Staff are used to dogs and usually bring a water bowl, but pack a collapsible one if your dog gets through water quickly.

Getting there and parking. Street parking runs along the Esplanade and the side streets, but it fills fast on weekends. The Wharf Mooloolaba car park is a 5 to 10 minute walk away and is a more reliable bet in peak season.

Nearby with the dogs. The Mooloolaba beachfront and the Spit boardwalk are both an easy stroll, so you can pair a coffee here with a leashed walk along the foreshore. Check current Sunshine Coast Council signage for the off-leash times and boundaries before you let your dog off.

Best early on a weekend before the Esplanade fills up. Good for owners who want brunch within sight of the water without leaving the dog behind.
