Getting there. It is at 79 Bulcock Street, right in the middle of the main street. Street parking on Bulcock Street is limited and time-signed, so check the signs. The Meridan Street car park is a short walk away and easier on a busy day.

Nearby with the dogs. The Bulcock Beach boardwalk is a five-minute downhill walk for a coastal stroll on lead, and the Happy Valley foreshore continues north along the same path. Plenty of Bulcock Street cafes take dogs at their footpath tables if you want to keep moving.

When to go. Weekday lunches and early afternoons are the calmest with a dog. Save the weekend music sessions for when you want the buzz, and expect the front tables to fill quickly once they start.
