Byron Banh Mi

Byron Banh Mi is a busy Vietnamese eatery at 130 Jonson Street in central Byron Bay, known for fast, fresh rolls made to order. Chilli is added to order, so ask before you bite. Expect a queue at lunch; it generally opens from 8am on weekdays and 9am Saturdays, closes mid afternoon, and shuts entirely on Sundays.

The shop sits on Jonson Street, the main road into town. Paid street parking on Jonson is busy at most hours, and the Lawson Street car park a short walk away is usually the easier option. Coming on foot from the town centre is simplest.

Railway Park is a small green space nearby where a takeaway roll lands well, and Main Beach is a short walk for an on-lead stroll.
