Frances O'Brien Dog Park

Frances O'Brien Dog Park is a small, fully fenced off-leash park on Stuart Street, Wahroonga, set in bushland rather than on an open oval. Dense tree canopy is the defining feature: it stays shaded and cool in summer, and suits dogs that would rather sniff and explore than chase a ball across a big field.

Getting there. Free on-street parking is available along Stuart Street right outside the park. Wahroonga Station is a moderate walk or short drive away.

It is a quiet, low-traffic park, quietest on weekday mornings and through working hours. Evenings and weekends are busier but rarely crowded. The canopy makes it a good choice on hot days.
