Hours run 7am to 2pm weekdays and 8am to 1pm Saturdays, closed Sundays, so it is a weekday-through-Saturday operation rather than a seven-day room.

The cafe sits on Mount Alexander Road in Travancore, between Moonee Ponds and Ascot Vale. Free street parking is available on the surrounding residential streets, and the 59 tram stops close by on Mount Alexander Road at Stop 25, which makes it reachable without a car.
