Sandy Nook Bagel and Brew

Sandy Nook Bagel and Brew was a small bagel-and-coffee counter that launched in Sandringham Village in early 2026, a few steps from Sandringham station. It built a quick local following for rotating artisan bagels, including a smoked salmon bagel with schmear, batch brew coffee, chai lattes and freshly baked muffins, with next-morning catering boxes if you ordered ahead.

Where the dog went

When trading, the counter welcomed dogs at the outdoor seating out front while owners did the commuter run or a village loop. The front of house was the social spot for the suburb's morning walkers.
