Dogs are welcome at the outdoor seating on the footpath and paved area immediately out front; the interior stays humans-only. The staff are easygoing with pets, and a busy shopping-strip setting means a dog that can settle under a table has everything it needs. Bring your own water bowl to be certain, particularly on hot Mallee mornings when the sun hits the footpath early.
Max: pick the shaded end of the outdoor area. Fifteenth Street parking bays sit right at the tables, so keep your dog tucked in behind the chairs.

The menu is all-day breakfast and lunch done properly: belly pork benny, gourmet toasties and sandwiches, a good run of vegetarian and vegan plates, and a sweets cabinet that locals single out, banana bread and the caramel slice especially. For off-leash time, the Mildura Fenced Dog Park at Rio Vista Park down on the riverfront is the pick, and the riverfront lawns make a good on-lead wander.
