Kwik Koffee is a drive-thru and walk-up coffee stop on Joseph Banks Boulevard in Banksia Grove, pouring Yahava beans with doors open from 5:30am on weekdays. It works two ways for dog owners: a fast puppuccino run without leaving the car, or a walk-up window with outdoor seating where dogs are properly welcome rather than merely tolerated.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating beside the walk-up window, and this is one of the few stops where the dog routine is part of the business: staff hand out dog treats through the window, and puppuccinos are a known order. The drive-thru lane is the low-stress fallback for a dog that would rather stay in the car. There is no indoor dining to worry about; everything happens at the window or the outdoor tables.

Worth knowing

Expect Yahava coffee, flat whites and long macs done properly, plus smoothies, muffins, sweets and teas for the humans. Service is quick and geared to commuters, so waits are short even at peak. Hours run 5:30am to 2pm weekdays, from 6:30am Saturday and 7am Sunday, always to 2pm. A kids playground nearby rounds out the family-friendly setup, which tells you the mornings are busy but quick-moving.

Getting there and parking

The drive-thru lane runs along the left of the building on Joseph Banks Boulevard, with a free on-site car park for the walk-up window. Coming by car is the only realistic option in Banksia Grove.

While you're out there

Dome Cafe Banksia Grove is the suburb's sit-down alternative if you want a longer stop. For off-lead time, Elcar Park Fenced Dog Park and the Lake Joondalup Circuit are a short drive south.
