The Glow Circuit Cafe

The Glow Circuit is a boutique strength and wellbeing club with a nourishment bar at Shop 22 in the Outdoor Forum precinct of Floreat Forum, 1 Howtree Place, Floreat. The bar side trades mornings, weekdays from 7am to about 12:30pm and Sundays from 8:30am, while the club itself runs early-to-late sessions around it. It is a post-workout or post-walk drink stop rather than a sit-down cafe.

The dog setup

The Outdoor Forum alfresco precinct is dog-friendly under the Floreat Forum policy: leashed dogs can walk, sit and dine in the outdoor areas, and the centre runs dedicated Dog Parking tie-up stations with fresh water bowls at the entrances. Dogs stay out of the main indoor centre apart from service animals. The Glow Circuit's outdoor seating sits within that precinct, so treat it as a leash-on stop at the bar window or outside table.

What to order

The bar blends superfood smoothies and cold-pressed juices, with smoothie bowls and oat pots as the grab-and-go food. The club behind it pairs progressive strength sessions, its Move Strong stream, with recovery work in the Find Calm stream: breathwork, sound and red light recovery, plus showers and baby-change facilities on site. Free parking at the Forum runs up to three hours from entrances on Howtree Place and The Boulevard.

Run first, smoothie after

McLean Park and Grantham Park are the closest Town of Cambridge off-leash reserves to the Forum, and Perry Lakes Reserve adds sprawl and shade a few minutes south. For sand, the off-leash beach between Floreat and City Beach is the swim option.

Close by with the dogs
