The cafe sits among the Carrum Downs industrial strip rather than a shopping centre, with free on-site parking at the door and a wheelchair-accessible entrance. Coming from Peninsula Link or the Frankston side, it is a short detour off Ballarto Road, and the car-park-and-straight-in setup makes a coffee run with the dog in the back seat simple.

For an off-lead run either side of a coffee, the Sandfield Reserve Fenced Dog Park offers fully fenced zones, an agility course and water access, while the Banyan Reserve Dog Off Leash Area spreads across eight hectares near the walking tracks and retarding basin.
