Woody Nook is a small, family-owned winery in the Wilyabrup Valley on the Margaret River wine ridge, planted back in 1982 with dry-grown, unirrigated vines. Alongside the cellar door sits The Nookery Cafe, and together they make one of the region's easiest stops with a dog: a relaxed country lunch on a partly shaded outdoor deck, a tasting of proper Margaret River cabernet, and staff who are famously welcoming to four-legged visitors.

The dog setup

Mild days suit the covered deck best, and lunch service is the reason to come.
