Saint Aidan Wines is a family owned vineyard and boutique cellar door restaurant on Ferguson Road in the Ferguson Valley, about 20 to 25 minutes from Bunbury. The dog setup
Dogs settle on the lawn and courtyard areas outside, kept on a leash and under control, with owners cleaning up after them. Local shire health regulations keep dogs out of the Cellar Door Restaurant itself, so the visit is an outdoor one.
Water bowls are sometimes out but not guaranteed, so bring your own. There is no on site accommodation, making this a stop on a valley day trip rather than a base.

The wines are estate grown boutique drops, with Tempranillo, Cabernet, Merlot and Fiano leading the range and fortified wine in the mix. Tastings run at the cellar door, and the restaurant is known for long lunches over the vines, with a menu that ranges from kangaroo skewers to rib eye.
It is also a busy wedding and functions venue on weekends, so the courtyard can be booked out. Check the winery's own site and call ahead before a Saturday visit with the dog.
Getting there
The cellar door is at 754 Ferguson Road in the heart of the valley, with on site gravel parking right by the entrance. The drive in from Bunbury takes about twenty minutes through dairy country.
Close by with the dogs
Ferguson Falls Wines Cafe on Pile Road also takes dogs in its outdoor areas and is known for wood fired pizza, and Green Door Wines in Henty welcomes dogs outside for Spanish style varieties. Both are easy adds to a valley loop.
