Woodville Reserve

Woodville Reserve, on the corner of Fitzgerald and Farmer Streets in North Perth, is a fully fenced sportsground where dogs can be off lead whenever it is not booked.

Leads and sport

The City of Vincent makes it an approved dog exercise area. Dogs can run off lead anywhere in the reserve unless team sport or an approved council activity has the ground.

The fence keeps dogs away from busy Fitzgerald Street, which is why owners of fast dogs choose it.

What it is like

Paved paths ring an open grass field with a pavilion and a playground. Trees shade parts of the edge.

Water and facilities

There are water points, but a portable bowl helps on hot days. Bins sit around the perimeter, and toilets are at the pavilion.

Max: A fence only works if the gate is shut. Check it before you let a runner go.
