Boston Bay laps the shore at North Shields, just north of Port Lincoln, and this informal walk follows the beach past the jetty with open views toward the town and the Lincoln National Park headlands.

Underfoot and overhead
Expect sand, mudflat and shell grit rather than a built path. There is little to no shade along the beach, so warm afternoons get hot quickly.
Bins and roadside parking cluster near the jetty and the main foreshore access points. Bring water and a bowl for the dog.
Max: Shell grit and hot sand are hard on pads, so check paws after a summer walk.
Cool mornings suit it best. It is a quiet, low-key walk that works for dogs who prefer space over crowds.
