Elfin Park

Elfin Park, on the corner of Christine Avenue and Konda Way in Robina, is a neighbourhood park with a designated off-lead area set among established trees. Next door, Lake Lomandra adds walking tracks, bridges and water lilies for an on-lead stroll.

Leads and the off-lead area

The City of Gold Coast has set aside a designated off-lead area in the park, with open grass for dogs to run and socialise. Everywhere else, including the surrounding paths, dogs must be on a lead.

The walk

Concrete paths run beside open turf, shaded by established trees and melaleucas. Linking into the Lake Lomandra tracks turns a quick off-lead visit into a longer walk.

Getting started

Street parking is available around Konda Way and Christine Avenue. Carry a bowl and water, as dog bubblers in the off-lead area can't be relied on.

Pair it with

Coffee at Dark Fluid Espresso or Elephant Grounds Cafe rounds out the outing.

It suits social dogs that like a run followed by a calmer on-lead lap. The melaleuca shade helps on warm afternoons.
