Eastwoods is a modern Australian restaurant and bar at 1/6 Airlie Esplanade, a waterfront position right on Airlie Beach's main strip. The menu reads modern Australian with an Asian-fusion edge: Penang curry and soft shell crab sit alongside barramundi, beef tartare and chicken wings. Listed hours cover a midday service from 11am, so check ahead before planning an evening visit, as session times vary through the season. Weekday lunches are the quiet window.

Getting there and parking

Airlie Beach is the launch pad for the Whitsundays, and the esplanade is the town's main strip. Street parking is available along the esplanade but gets busy in peak season, so arrive early or walk in. The venue is reachable along the main boardwalk and footpath, which makes an on-leash stroll part of the outing.
