Off-lead setup

Dogs run off-lead inside the fence but must be leashed the moment you step out of the double-gated airlock. There is no separate small-dog yard, so all sizes share the one turfed space and owners are expected to supervise closely. Pick up after your dog, and remove any dog showing aggression from the enclosure straight away. Give the gate latches a check before you unclip, as a badly closed gate is the main way dogs slip out here.

The agility gear is the standout, but the basics are covered too: dog-height water fountains, shaded benches and waste bins on site, over an open turfed surface. Bags are not always stocked, so carry your own.

Worth knowing

Because every breed shares the one yard, this park works best for dogs that are comfortable in mixed company. If yours prefers calm, aim for the midday lull rather than the after-work rush, and keep your first visit short while you read the regular crowd. Early mornings before work and the after-school stretch around 4pm are the busy windows, especially on weekends.

Max: the turf heats up under the WA sun, so the fountains are handy but pack a backup bottle and bowl anyway. Early morning or after 4pm is when the park is at its best.

The park is on Everingham Drive in the Annies Landing estate, with street parking nearby that fills during the morning and late-afternoon peaks; from the inner streets it is an easy on-lead stroll.
