Little Angel Cafe

Little Angel Cafe is a small neighbourhood cafe on Victoria Road in Rydalmere that pours 5 Senses coffee and runs a Filipino-Japanese fusion menu, and it welcomes dogs at its outdoor tables. Short weekday hours make it a breakfast and brunch stop rather than an afternoon one.

The dog setup

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor seating, which is roomy enough to sit comfortably with a dog beside you; indoor tables are people-only. Staff are friendly to visitors with dogs, but on-site water bowls are not confirmed, so carry your own.

The vibe

The draw is the drinks cabinet and kitchen: ube lattes and layered ube matcha, almond cold brew, and food that runs from a longanisa bagel to a chicken katsu sando and chicken adobo onigiri. Pastries such as chocolate croissants, cinnamon muffins and Biscoff bakes fill the cabinet.

Pepsi: order the ube matcha, grab an outside table, and time it so the katsu sando lands before the 1.30pm kitchen close.

Getting there and parking

The cafe is at 267 Victoria Road, Rydalmere, open weekdays from 7.30am to 2pm and closed weekends. Victoria Road buses stop at the door, but the street is a busy stretch, so easier parking sits on the nearby side streets.

Make a day of it

Rydalmere Park is within walking distance for a leg-stretch before or after, and Big Tree House Cafe is the other dog-friendly cafe option close by.
