The coffee is Kwila, a locally roasted bean direct-traded from Papua New Guinea, with specialty cacao and chai alongside and a well-liked brownie in the cabinet. It is a coffee bar rather than a full kitchen. Hours run 7am to 1pm most days, with a longer 7am to 3pm Wednesday that doubles as a community day of weaving, yarning and cuppas. The cafe is closed on Sundays.

Getting there and parking

There is a dedicated car park plus street parking on Dawson Street, and it is an easy walk from the Lismore CBD.

Max: this is a settle-in-quietly spot, not a rowdy one. Bring a mat and a dog that is happy to lie down while you read, and everyone stays happy.
